  • Where's My Stuff?
    Track Your Package You can find tracking information in your order details. Go to Your Orders. Go to the order you want to track. Select Track Package next to your order. See all updates to view delivery updates. Depending on the shipping method you chose, it's possible that the tracking information might not be visible immediately.
  • What do I have to do to find out the status of my order?
    Once the processing of your order is complete, NMF lot will be handed over to the courier. You will then receive an email at the email address provided with a tracking link through which you can follow every update of your box. Shipment usually takes between 2 and 5 working days, therefore excluding Saturday and Sunday, to proceed to delivery. Times may vary depending on the area we ship to. The tracking will report when your box is being delivered.

    What if something in my order is missing, bad quality, or something else went wrong? We're sorry to hear that something went wrong with your order. We want to fix it immediately.   • What should I do if a product received is damaged, incorrect, expired or missing?
    If a product you have received is damaged, incorrect, expired or missing, please contact us using one of the various methods listed above, specifying the name of the person who placed the order, the order number and attaching photos of the product (if damaged, incorrect or expired) and, in any case, photos of the damage. Photographic evidence is, in any case, necessary for the report to be resolved and must take place no later than 3 days after receipt of the products.
